A history of Paterson NJ

	On Wednesday October 16 State Superintendent Dr. Edwin Duroy and Mayor Joey Torres held a press conference in the Mayor's office. They announced a plan for the refurbish Hinchliffe Stadium and the building of a Sport Business Academy on the site.
	On October 17 the proposel was presented to the the public at an Open Forum at JFK High School.
